BBA in Real Estate

Terry’s Real Estate Program, which began in the early 1960s, is recognized by publications such as the U.S. News & World Report as one of the finest in the nation. The program was ranked in the top five of U.S. News’ annual rankings every year since 2005, and no other real estate program in the Southeast is ranked as high as Terry’s.

Full-Time MBA (Real Estate)

The real estate industry is experiencing many changes due to rapid technological innovation, changing demographics, and other factors. These changes impact the demand for all types of property, as well as impacting the real estate capital and financing markets. Our courses are designed to challenge the students by combining a rigorous theoretical foundation with applications, such as case studies and market simulations, to critically analyze the impact of change on the real estate markets. The MBA Real Estate Concentration is tailored to students seeking careers in real estate finance, investment and development. Terry Real Estate graduates leave with both the technical and practical skills to succeed as leaders in the real estate industry.

PhD in Real Estate

The PhD program in Real Estate is designed to prepare students for teaching and research at universities and colleges and for positions in government and business. The PhD in Real Estate emphasizes intensive training in real estate, economics, quantitative methods, and finance with the goal of producing research-minded PhD graduates, while at the same time providing a comprehensive teaching experience. Students are encouraged to individualize their programs by supplementing their studies with courses from other programs in the Terry College of Business.
